Embrace the Word ~ October 2024: A BOLD Identity: You, Through the Mirror of God’s Word! Week 5
As we wrap up our month-long study, Embrace the Word “Bold Identity: You through the Mirror of God’s Word”, remember that 31 days is just the beginning! We barely scratched the surface of the truths in Scripture about your identity in Christ. Keep exploring and reflecting on what it means to see yourself through God’s Word.

The final days of our study will focus on being rather than doing. Our identity in Christ is secure, determined not by what we do, but by who we are in Him.
Finding your worth and identity in Jesus is foundational for great things in your life. Our worth isn’t based on accomplishments or background; it is found in Jesus, through whom we have new life. Remember, “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” (2 Corinthians 5:21)
You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! No matter your past, you are clothed in His righteousness.
I encourage you to continue this journey of understanding your worth in Jesus. Here are some practical strategies to help renew your mind with truth:
- Agree with God’s Word: Even when you don’t feel it, affirm it!
- Regularly confess the Word: Speak what God says about you.
- Write it down: Document these truths and display them where you can see them often.
- Thank God for who you are: Give thanks for your identity in Him.
- Share these truths with others. Affirm one another with God’s truth.
Knowing, believing and truly embracing these truths will help you understand your value in Christ will empower you to walk out the purpose for which you have been called!
