Let ALL You Do Be Done in Love-Love Well 2023

As we begin February, let’s aim to LOVE WELL! Make it your goal to start incorporating loving practices in every one of your relationships.

Make a commitment to love others well.

Paul’s admonishment near the end of His letter to the church at Corinth gives us an aim as we start the month. He said, “Let all that you do be done with love.”

In his letter, he dealt with quarreling, jealousy, and strife that directly impacted their worship.  Paul set it in order! He noted that LOVE is a “more excellent way,” teaching them that LOVE is the main thing. Even though His letter was filled with much needed correction, in his closing, he encouraged the Corinthian church to LOVE WELL in word and in deed.

ALL may be a challenging word here! But ALL is the goal. Everything we do should be “motivated and inspired by God’s love for us” (AMP).

So let’s begin by checking our heart as we evaluate the things we do and say. Ask yourself, “Is this action/are these words inspired by love?”  “Is it motivated by love?”

Jesus told us to abide in His unconditional love. Then and only then can God’s love become the motivation behind everything you do. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the motives of your heart. Ask the Lord to help you as you aim to LOVE WELL!

Let all that you do be done with love. 1 Corinthians 16:14

I am from the beautiful state of Virginia! All around our dear state, you can find LOVE signs. Some are very unique and represent the area in which it is located. There are close to 300 scattered throughout the state! My hubby and I want to find each one! Since this month is ALL ABOUT LOVE, I’m sharing them with you! Any other Virginians here? What’s interesting in your state? (Please, ignore my shoes!)
