Psalm 107: Testify! Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So! Week 3
Hello Family,
It is Week Three of our ETW study, Psalm 107: Testify! Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So! As we continue our study, I want to remind you that your journey is valuable, and your story is powerful. Sometimes the path feels long, but God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness.

Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 offer us profound encouragement:
“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
This is a different type of testimony. Paul’s testimony here shows us that weakness isn’t something to hide or be ashamed of. Instead, it’s the backdrop against which God’s power shines most brightly. Paul didn’t boast about his strengths or accomplishments; he boasted in his weaknesses—because in those moments, Christ’s grace was most evident. His struggles and hardships became living proof of God’s sustaining power.
This is a powerful reminder for all of us: our brokenness, struggles, and imperfections are not barriers to God’s work—they are the very places where His grace transforms us and reveals His glory. When you share your story—your real story, including the hard parts—you testify not just about what you’ve overcome but about the sufficiency of Christ’s grace to carry you through.
You don’t need to be perfect; just rely on God’s grace. It’s in our weakness that God’s strength is displayed.
This week, we will look at the sin-sick’s stories and how Jesus even pursues us to rescue us and set us free. Remember, be aware of our new Day 7 format. Let me know if you have any questions.
