Hello family,

I am so excited for 2026! No matter what 2025 held for you, God’s love will meet you right where you are in 2026.

I am excited for our new ETW study as well! January’s theme is Running With Endurance: a Study of Hebrews 11 & 12. In this all-new study, the aim is to encourage you to run the race that the Lord has set before you. Not just run it, but run and not get faint or weary (Isaiah 30:41), run disciplined (2 Corinthians 9:27), and run with enduring faith that preserves in the face of obstacles and sees trials as opportunities for growth.

(Link to the FREE Devotional Guide at the end of this email)

The truth is, many believers have become tired, undisciplined, and even apathetic towards their faith. And that leads to a run that is halted by obstacle after obstacle. That is not what the Lord wants from us. We should run as those who want to win (2 Corinthians 9:24). We have been called to run with endurance.

How then do we endure! We will explore this during our study. First, we will look at examples of enduring faith in the Faith Heroes’ Hall of Faith (Hebrews 11). We will explore how God’s discipline is necessary for a successful run. We will explore how embracing the Unshakable Kingdom upholds our faith. Most importantly, we will look to Jesus as our inspiring example!

If you’ve been running and have gotten weary, this study is for you. If you have run well and could use some encouragement to run on a bit longer, this study is for you.

As always, you can engage with this study in various ways:

  • Follow the ETW: “Running With Endurance: A Study of Hebrews 11 & 12” reading/writing plan.
  • Download the FREE Devotional Guide, which includes observation questions and daily Pause, Prayer, Practice, and Praise reflection prompts to guide you in studying God’s Word. Day 7 of each week is a catch-up day. Engage with related scripture using the D.W.E.L.L. Bible Study method or any method you prefer. Or spend the day exploring other areas of study that speak to you.
